Delivery & tracking

Once payment is successfully made, MIC Boutique will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep within the next 1-5 days depending on the courier service. MIC Boutique reserves the right to engage with the courier service of our choice.

Once your item is in the process of being pick up, you will receive a notification through email containing your order summary and courier tracking number. If you receive the notification email after 2pm, your parcel is likely to be scheduled for pick up on the next working day, therefore your tracking number may only be traceable after 10pm on the next working day.

Kindly track and locate your parcel with the courier service. MIC Boutique is not responsible for any unclaimed parcels and any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Fee

Our shipping fee is as follows:-

• Local Shipping: J&T Express are our preferred courier service. All shipping are waived for all items ordered within the country of Malaysia. 
• East Malaysia (RM12 no limit KG) RM150 and above free postage
• West Malaysia (RM15 no limit KG) RM200 and above free postage

International Shipping:

• If other services than J&T Express are requested, extra charges would be applied accordingly.
